Using this site or applying for an experience means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an application.

DADs Movement experiences are for adults 18 and older. Father & Son experiences require a participating son between the ages listed on that experience's page. You confirm that the information you provide in your application is true and complete.

Submitting an application is a request, not a guarantee of a seat. We review every application for fit and may accept or decline any request at our discretion. A seat is confirmed only when we notify you in writing and any required deposit is received.

• Pricing for each experience is listed on its page and is all-inclusive unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to hold your seat. The amount and due date are provided at enrollment.
• Cancellations made 60 or more days before the start date may receive a credit toward a future run, less any non-recoverable costs.
• Cancellations within 60 days of the start date are non-refundable, as commitments to guides, gear, and lodging are already locked.
• If DADs Movement cancels an experience, you will receive a full refund or a seat in a future run, your choice.

Our experiences involve physical exertion, outdoor activity, and powersports. You take part at your own risk. You confirm you are in adequate physical condition and will disclose any medical condition that could affect your safety. You assume the risks inherent in these activities and release DADs Movement, its staff, and its partners from claims to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We hold a high standard for conduct. We may remove any participant whose behavior threatens the safety, trust, or integrity of the group, with no refund. This includes illegal activity, harassment, or conduct that undermines the brotherhood.

All content on this site, including text, images, and the DADs Movement name and marks, is owned by or licensed to DADs Movement. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. Photos and video taken during an experience may be used by DADs Movement for marketing unless you opt out in writing.

This site and our experiences are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, DADs Movement is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in an experience. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the experience in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in or nearest to St. George, Utah.

We may update these terms as our experiences evolve. The "last updated" date above shows when we last revised them. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
