DADs Movement respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. By using this site or applying for an experience, you agree to the terms below.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details you give us directly: name, email, phone, and city/state on an application or contact form.
- Application answers: marital status, children and ages, income range, and the challenge you describe in your own words.
- Chat messages sent through the site chat widget.
- Usage data your browser sends automatically: pages visited, device type, and approximate location by region.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To review your application and contact you about enrollment.
- To match you with the right experience and intake advisor.
- To respond to your questions and send trip logistics.
- To improve the site, the experience, and our messaging.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the advisors and staff who need it to run your experience, and with service providers (such as the tools that host this site and track form submissions) under written agreements that protect your data. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Cookies & Tracking
This site uses basic analytics and form-tracking tools to understand traffic and capture leads. These tools may set cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but some features may be limited.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. We limit access to staff who need it and do not store payment card details on our servers.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make any of these requests, email hq@dadsmovement.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a minor took part in a Father & Son experience, their data is handled through the parent or guardian who registered them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our experiences and tools change. The "last updated" date above shows when we last revised it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
